CNS Discovery Xchange 2026 in Boston brought together scientific and industry leaders from across the neuroscience ecosystem to discuss emerging strategies in CNS biomarker science, translational medicine, and precision neurology. Noselab was proud to contribute to this exchange through a keynote presentation and a roundtable discussion with industry leaders, researchers, and patient advocacy representatives.

At the event, Dr. Marion San Nicoló delivered the opening keynote “The Brain–Nose Interface: A Gateway to CNS Pathology.” The presentation attracted strong attendance and sparked lively discussion. The keynote highlighted the Brain–Nose Interface (BNI) as a uniquely accessible biological connection between the central nervous system and the nasal cavity, and explored its relevance as a gateway to CNS-related molecular signals accessible through minimally invasive nasal fluid sampling. In addition, Noselab led the roundtable discussion “Novel Modalities: From Surrogates to Signals: Are We Finally Reading the Brain in Real Time?”, moderated by CEO Dr. Peter Fruhstorfer. The session focused on current progress and remaining challenges in liquid biopsy approaches for CNS diseases, including the role of nasal fluid alongside established biomarker matrices such as blood and cerebrospinal fluid.

CNS Discovery Xchange 2026 demonstrated the value of scientific dialogue and cross-sector collaboration in advancing CNS biomarker science. Noselab remains committed to expanding access to brain-derived molecular information through its Brain–Nose Interface platform.

Noselab has developed a proprietary platform making biomarker signatures of central nervous system (CNS) diseases accessible through a previously untapped biological gateway: the brain–nose interface (BNI) and nasal fluid.

By enabling direct, minimally invasive access to CNS-related molecular signals, Noselab is pioneering a paradigm shift in understanding, diagnosing, monitoring and treatment of brain diseases.

Our integrated clinical network, combined with advanced analytics and data-driven approaches, allows for precise patient stratification, longitudinal biomarker tracking, and correlation of molecular signatures with real-world clinical outcomes.

Noselab is building the foundation for an entirely new category in CNS disease management. We are partnering with biopharma, clinicians, and research institutions to accelerate drug development, improve diagnostic results, and unlock more personalized treatment strategies – for the benefit of patients, society, and shareholders alike.
